This policy explains what information Unique Custom Tailor collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We are a tailoring shop, not a data business: we collect as little as possible.

What this website collects

This site has no contact form, no account system, no shopping cart and no newsletter sign-up. Nothing is typed into this website and stored by us.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful — but only if you agree. Analytics is off by default (Google Consent Mode, with analytics_storage denied): no analytics cookies are set and no usage data is collected until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, nothing analytics-related runs. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies and collects usage data such as the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, your approximate device and browser, and how you arrived at the site; this is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy, with IP addresses anonymised. We use this only in aggregate and make no attempt to identify individual visitors. To withdraw consent, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner returns.

Our web host and its content delivery network also keep standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for security and reliability. That is normal technical operation of any website.

What happens when you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp, call, or email, we will have whatever you choose to tell us: usually your name, your contact details, your measurements, and details of the garment you want. We use that only to quote for and make your order, and to contact you about it.

Messages sent over WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under their own terms. If you would prefer not to use it, call or email instead.

We keep order and measurement records so that returning clients can re-order without being measured again. If you would like us to delete your measurements and contact details, ask and we will remove them.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not send marketing emails to people who have not asked for them. We do not publish client names, photographs or measurements without permission.

Reviews and photographs on this site

The reviews shown on our reviews page are real reviews published publicly by clients on Google, shown alongside the photographs those clients chose to publish with them. Each one links to the original on Google so you can verify it and see it in its original context. If you are the author of a review and would prefer that we did not display it here, tell us and we will remove it.

Cookies

The only cookies this site sets are Google Analytics cookies, and only after you choose Accept in the banner described above — decline or ignore it and none are set. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use your browser's private mode, and the site will work normally. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We are happy to honour those requests regardless of where you live. Contact us at [email protected] and we will respond.
